How can I request a return?
We do not always get our purchase right. Maybe the size is too big or maybe we are not enthusiastic about the color. In that case, do not worry. Within 15 days after receiving the product we will accept the return of your order or any of its products, as long as it has not been used and comes in its original packaging and conditions. The steps to follow are as follows:
⊙ Log into your account and once inside go to the "Order history" section, or click on the following link.
⊙ Once inside, access the order from which you want to return a product by clicking on "details", to the right of the orders.

⊙ In the list of products that make up the order, check the box on the left of the products you wish to return and write the reasons why you want to make the return and for which product you want to exchange it and click on "request a return".
Once your case has been studied, we will proceed to authorize the return and we will contact you to finalize the details.
How can I enter a discount code?
⊙ Go to your shopping cart
⊙ Once inside, on the right side, the total is reflected and below it a message appears saying "Do you have a promotional code?"
⊙ Click on it and a text box will unfold where we can enter our promotional code.
⊙ If the code is correct we will see the promotional code reflected along with the discount that has been applied.
How can I add comments about my order?
⊙ Log into your account and once inside go to the "Order history" section, or click on the following link.
⊙ Once inside, access the order for which you want to make a comment by clicking on "details", to the right of the orders.
⊙ Below the products of the order we find a text field that will allow us to enter a comment about our order. Optionally we can select a product on which we want to make the comment.
How can I get the invoice for an order?
⊙ Log into your account and once inside go to the "Order history" section, or click on the following link.
⊙ Once inside, look for the order you want to get the invoice for and click on the icon that says "pdf"
