· The schedule for collection will be between 10:00 and 13:30 in the morning and 17:00 and 19:30 in the afternoon.
HOME DELIVERY
PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

Delivery times: 24/48 hours.

· Deliveries in 24/48 hours for orders placed before 15:00.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Delivery times: Around 5-15 calendar days.

Account deposit has the advantage that since the receipt of the payment is immediate, the shipment leaves that same day as long as we have all the products in stock.
Keep in mind that if you make a bank transfer from a bank different from ours, the receipt of the transfer usually takes between 2 or 3 business days. We ask for your patience.
If you want to speed up this process, you can request payment from your bank via immediate transfer (currently in Europe it should be free).
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
CASH ON DELIVERY
With this payment method, you pay the delivery person once you receive the order at your home. This payment method has an additional cost of 4% on the total price of the order, with a minimum commission of €3.00.
These costs are due to the parcel company's commission and the amount goes entirely to them.
