Racquet test/trial program.

Just by being a Centro del Deporte .Com customer you have the possibility of testing up to 2 test rackets at a time for a maximum period of 7 calendar days in a TOTALLY FREE way. This service is only available for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. We will only charge you a deposit that will be refunded once you have returned the rackets in the same condition as when you received them. The deposit is €100 for each test racket, and you can order a maximum of two test rackets. It's that simple.

Delivery time for test rackets.

If the order and payment are made before 3:00 p.m., the delivery time for the rackets is 24/48 hours (Check model availability). Otherwise, they will be sent the next day, not counting weekends. You can enjoy the rackets for a whole week (7 calendar days). For example: if you receive the rackets on a Monday, you must send them back the following Monday; If you receive them on a Tuesday, you will have to return them the following Tuesday, etc.

How do I order a test racket?

1.- Choose the racket you want to test from the test rackets section. If the test racket you want to test is not available (another customer is testing it), you can send us an email and we will inform you of the estimated date of receipt of units so that you can place the order. We will activate said racket as soon as we receive it.

2.- Click on "BUY" to put it in the shopping cart. You will then see the racket in the shopping cart along with the other products you have purchased. You can browse through our website and add another test racket before finalizing your order.

Returning test rackets to Centro del Deporte .Com

1.- Send an email to info@centrodeldeporte.com before the return deadline, requesting the return label and we will send it to you.

2.- Put the racket in the same box that we sent you, stick the sticker on the box and return it. It's that easy.

Delayed return, damage, loss or theft of test rackets.

In order to be able to offer this high-quality and reliable service to our customers, we require a deposit of €100 for each test racket. This deposit will be refunded to you as soon as we receive the rackets undamaged and in good time(it is important not to remove the protective plastic from the handle). However, if you return your rackets late or if the racket has been damaged in any way, as would be the case with a rental car, for example, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the deposit or part of it.

If you forget to return your test rackets, or if they are lost or stolen, Centro del Deporte .Com will keep the deposit and will invoice you for the difference in price between the market value of the racket, based on its condition at the time we sent it to you, and the deposit. Market value is based on the resale value of the racquet and will never exceed the retail price of the same or similar new racquet.

IMPORTANT

- Racquets are shipped unstrung. Each customer can string their racquets with the string and tension they desire.

- You can return racquets strung or unstrung.

- Do not throw away the box in which the racquets are shipped. You will need it for the return.

- Do not remove the plastic from the handle of the rackets (it is for hygiene reasons).

- Please take care of the rackets as if they were your own.
