The new YONEX POWER ECLIPSION 5 CLAY are characterized above all by their comfort, durability, grip and stability. This new model has been developed to provide better grip and fit of the shoe, thus achieving superior foot support in dynamic movements, sudden stops and changes of direction during matches. In short, a shoe designed to help players feel more secure on the court.

In turn, the ECLIPSION 5 CLAY presents a denser sole pattern compared to its previous model, ECLIPSION 4. In turn, thanks to the new sole format designed in a single piece, it manages to increase the contact area with the ground, which leads to greater stability. This way, players achieve greater balance and better control over their movements.

This model has incorporated the new "Power Cushion +" system, which maintains the lightness of the "Power Cushion" technology but adds 25% more impact absorption than a conventional shoe and 12% more power to improve energy transfer.

The new Eclipsion 5 CLAY uses Double Russell Mesh technology. This is an ultra-fine and extremely durable mesh that provides eight times more air exchange to release moisture compared to a normal mesh.

In turn, the "Feather Bounce" system FOAM", achieves greater cushioning.

With the "Power Graphite Sheet" system, stability is increased and weight is reduced thanks to a graphite plate.

Thanks to the new "Synchro-Fit" insoles, a better fit between the foot and the shoe is achieved, without any loss of power.

It has also incorporated the "Toe Assist Shape" system, increasing the space in the front area for people with large feet. It also has greater grip to prevent lateral movements and greater support in the instep area.

It also continues with the "Round Sole", which is a rounded design of the edges of the entire sole for complete support and fast and smooth footwork. The round sole ensures smooth movements, maximum energy transfer, and injury protection.

Thanks to the new "Heel Contact Round Sole" system, it provides a smoother heel contact and heel-to-toe transition, as well as a larger, rounded contact area for a softer landing.

Yonex has opted for a new series of three different patterns, strategically placed on the sole of the shoe, called the "Pinpoint Pattern." These new patterns improve efficiency during phenomenal and twisting slides.

Yonex has introduced the "Inner Bootie Structure" technology, a new, more flexible material from the metatarsal to the heel, improving the shoe's fit.
